The team plays at the Football Bowl Subdivision level (formerly known as “Division I-A“), as a member of the Big Ten Conference of the NCAA. Ohio State boasts a 22 consecutive regular-season game wins dating back to their 17-10 loss at Penn State on October 8, 2005.

 

Led by head coach Jim Tressel, the 2007 Buckeyes are the two time defending Big Ten Champs whose all time record in Columbus is 519-151-35, having won 15 consecutive and 19 of the last 20.
